All submissions are subject to approval.
We recommend reviewing several biographies on our Biographies page for inspiration and guidance while composing your ancestor's biography.
After we publish the biography on our website, we will send you a link and a digital version of the QR code, so you can arrange for its engraving.
We also offer engraving and mailing services for QR codes, or you can choose to handle the engraving yourself.
If your biography pertains to a grave located in the Verde Valley and you reside outside the area, our volunteers are available to place your QR code at the gravesite.
If the person you wish to honor is resting in a Verde Valley Cemetery and you live outside the area, we are here to help.
- Please provide us with a PDF copy of their biography along with the grave site location.
- We will confirm the grave site location.
- We will arrange for payment of a metal QR Code.
- We will post the biography to the on-line archive.
- Once everything is completed, we will attach the metal QR Code to the headstone and send you a photo via email.

A digital QR Code is completely free of charge. However, there are associated costs if you would like us to engrave a QR Code.

We partner with local engravers, or you can choose to arrange engraving on your own.
